KINGS OF DOOM formed in 1969 in Birmingham, England, Black sabbath were originally a blues band called Earth. Their penchant for the occult and mystiscm led them to change their name to Black sabbath.
They have continued to influence nearly every metal/doom and stoner band including:- -METALLICA "sabbath was everything that the 60's weren't.
